I have used Chris for multiple mortgages. I have never had anyone make the process so simple! I have sent several friends to Chris as well who have been thrilled with their experience! What impressed me with Capital City Roofing was Chris’s approach to be able to handle whatever was needed to complete the roof professionally, having construction work repaired before putting on the roof, taking care of electrical problems with fan exhausts, and painting to match the repairs to the existing house color. Chuck was the man to coordinate these repairs. Both Chris and Chuck are phenomenal people. All the roof workers were polite, efficient and did excellent work. With the recent hail storm, I got a text from Chris saying he was coming over to assess any storm damage to the new roof. He inspected it himself. CAPITAL ROOFING also installed new gutters with gutter screens which we needed. Excellent work. I highly recommend this company. See more See less

Almost four years ago, I needed to refinance my home due to a change of marital status. None of the banks in this town would give me the time of day, let alone work with me. A mutual friend introduced me to Chris. He made a scheduled appointment right there for me and gave me a list of things he would need for me to bring to his office. To make this a short story, I was able to get my home refinanced, equity paid to my ex-wife and was able to get my home into my name. Chris goes above and beyond to help. He makes you feel respected and that your concerns are his. HE LISTENS... and it just doesn't stop there. Just recently, Chris contacted me and said, IT'S TIME. (short version).. I thought, "Really, this person hadn't forgotten about me, I wasn't just another sale." A banker would not have contacted me. What was it time for, "time to refinance my home into a lower interest rate." This took roughly three short weeks to be completed. How do I rate my experience? If I could give him 10 stars I would, not just the limit of 5 stars. Why? He communicates, he calls you, he emails you, if you have a question, he answers it. Chris takes all the worry and the stress out of getting your loan!!! IF you have bad credit or good credit, IF anyone could help, Chris will and can... I need to point something else out.. The Staff.
